Shipping & Returns
When you finish placing an order online, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you need to make changes to your order, please reply to the confirmation email and we will do our best to accommodate. Please note that change requests placed over the weekend often cannot be accommodated before orders ship on Monday.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email confirming your shipment.
Standard Shipping is a flat rate calculated by the weight of your order. Expedited shipping is a flat rate based on how quickly you would like your order to arrive. You may choose any of these options at checkout:
US Standard (5-7 business days)
US Express (2-3 business days)
US Overnight (1-2 business days)
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $50, and those orders will ship out via USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or UPS Ground. This offer is only available on U.S. orders and may take up to 5-10 business days to arrive.
We do not accept returns since we sell perishable goods. However, we do value our customers and want to ensure that your experience is top notch. If for any reason you are not please with your purchase, please email us your concerns to email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase.
We are happy to offer exchanges only on merchandise (non-coffee) items that are returned to us, in unused condition, within 30 days of purchase date.
Payment is processed when your first subscription shipment is prepared, usually within 24 hours of placing your order. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 615-657-4095. We're happy to help!
When you cancel your subscription, you will be responsible for all charges incurred before the effective date of your cancellation. We cannot offer refunds on subscriptions orders that are already being prepared.
